What a gorgeous day at Torrey Pines, the conditions the best they’ve been all week.
It figures right?
I leave San Diego and they have one of the best days at the Farmer’s Insurance Open
so far?
62 and sunny was all it took to get us a stacked leaderboard.
17 players are within 3 shots of the lead or less
Including defending champ Brandt Snedeker…
Speaking of views, this one on 3 at the South Course will take your breath away.
But so will this shot, Sneds aiming for an ace and his second birdie in a row…
Looking for his third title at Torrey, he kept his spot at the top of the leaderboard
with this gem on 17…
Well it was the shot of the day for about a minute, until Robert Streb...
Harris English, wanted to gift us another chip-in Saturday...
Same hole, different angle...this one from Ryan Blaum…
Remember those gorgeous conditions I was telling you about?
Take the 18th hole for example, 1 eagle in the first two days, 6 in round 3..
And they were on the tougher South Course…
So let’s take a look at those eagles, shall we?!
Paul Casey got thing going for us…
And Kyle Stanley dropped one in from 29 feet…
But Jhonny Vegas had the longest eagle of the day on 18 from 37 feet!
We can’t end this show without showing you a monster putt from one of our leaders though!
Patrick Rodgers from 41 feet out, ladies and gentleman!
Will Patrick Rodgers notch his first PGA TOUR win not too far from his Alma mater Stanford,
or will Brandt Snedeker take home his third Farmer’s Insurance Open trophy?
A lot to be determined in the final round.
But I’ll catch you up on all the action on and off the course on Monday in Trending
On TOUR.
