channel and today I am going to share
with you how to get rid of saddlebags so

so saddlebags ok if you don't know what a saddlebag is
let me explain it to you because
I know we've got people from all over
the world watching the saddlebags are
basically when you have that excess fat
on the outer part of your thighs ok and
for many women this can be so so
frustrating because it feels like you
know I'm doing everything that I can but
I still can't get rid of that stubborn
fat on the outter of part of my legs and you
know that's my legs were actually where
I used to always really store fat
until I found the solution and how to
really remedy this ok so first and
foremost is you know you've got to do
your cardio exercises ok spot reducing
as much as we really want to our bodies
are all connected you this is a
one whole thing here right so you've got
to work your entire body and doing
cardio workouts and specifically some of
my favorites are high intensity interval
training so HIIT workouts ok those
workouts are proven to help you burn
more fat and to keep your metabolism
higher long after your workout is over
so how amazing is it that when you
finish your workout you're actually
still burning fat and still burning
calories I mean are you in I'm totally
in so you definitely want to do your
cardio workouts ok and that's going to
help you because that helps you to lose
overall fat on your body secondly let's
have a little bit of help so you know
I'm not a big gym workout person I just
believe that you know myself and
everyone in my community we're all busy
babes here right and so I like to
excuse proof my workout ok so in order
to excuse proof it i like to do work outs
that i can actually
do at home or that I can do anywhere
whether I'm traveling or on the road so
something that would be really great
for saddlebag specifically is
something along these lines so this is
just an exercise band here these come in
many different resistances this one is a
loop ok I love a loop because it's
already pre you know tied together you
can also do a longer one like you know
they're they're called dyna bands or
elastic bands whatever that you can use
the physical therapy here's why this
matters because this is going to give
you a little bit of extra resistance so
let's say for example and you're doing
a side leg lift now even without having
any resistance at all you're going to
start feeling the outer part of your leg
and on the outside of your glute you're
going to start feeling that toning, but
girlfriend when you add a little bit of
resistance in the form of a band on that
that is going to really turbocharge your
workout so invest in one of these I also
link here down below some of my
favorites so that you can go and grab one
yourself but honestly these are amazing
and then the last piece is you know
sometimes we have muscle imbalances
whether it be through injury or overuse
or just working incorrectly or just
structural issues so one of your
friends would be this this is a foam
roller okay again i'll link one down
below for you this is just you know a
girl's best friend is a pretty
invaluable piece of equipment you know I
live in New York City I don't have a lot
of space and I just have it standing up
in my closet out of the way here but
this can really help because you can
roll out your IT band that is the
outside part of your thigh you can roll
out your hamstrings and what that does
is basically when you're using a foam
roller it's called self myofascial
release so let me just break that down
view in the layman's terms what that
means is that you know we get these
little knots in our muscles and this can
help to relieve those knots and in doing
so what that does is it helps you work
more efficiently it breaks up some of
the facia there and then you are able
to work more efficiently and get the
results from your work out becuase
that's what you really want ok so I hope

not crazy things you know but really
easy things that you can even throw in
