I would like to address the European authorities, which are responsible for security of law abiding citizens.
Indeed, I don’t know where else to seek help. I’m confused, depressed and deeply terrified.
The case is that Russian citizen Mark Feygin is persecuting me. This man is used to describe himself as a lawyer.
Once he published my address, despite I’m the one under the international protection. Then he also called people to commit terrible things against me.
He’s published my address once again recently. This move was accompanied by provocative appeals.
I’m terrified. I sleep badly. I’m deeply terrified. I’m afraid of terrible things which could take place. This man is capable of anything.
What is he doing all of this for? He’s doing this, because I’ve sued him for not even a criminal offense, but for defamation. He offended me. That’s the case.
I don’t know what exactly happened, but I suppose this man to have much power. I assume that he could have made a deal with the court in Kyiv.
We sought to invite the PhD in philology in order to submit to the court his scientific research of Mr. Feygin’s statements toward me made in social networks. This research could prove that those statements were public insults.
It was a scientific assessment, but the court in Kyiv rejected to accept it. We’re forced by this decision to address the High Council of Justice and the High Qualification Commission of Judges of Ukraine over the competence of judge Komarivtsova.
I’m deeply terrified, but I hope that justice will prevail. It’s my only hope. I hope for European law enforcement to interfere.
I’m terrified. I’m afraid of Mark Feygin’s actions. I think this man is completely inadequate.
It’s enough to recall the Pussy Riot story. Those women were fearless in their resistance to Putin’s dictatorship. The entire world knows what they did.
Mark Feygin was their lawyer. When some time passed, he decided to accuse those girls of terrible things. Moreover, he began publishing their private correspondence.
What’s about Mutsevich? I would like to refuse from my responsibilities as a lawyer. I have our private correspondence saved and I’ll publish it.
How is it possible for respected lawyers to publish a private correspondence with their defendants? As for me it should be beneath the dignity of lawyers.
I would like to read this letter, which was sent after her release. Katya, I’m begging you…
He was publicly reading private letters of those girls, who had been already harmed by the Russian dictatorship. I think that he harmed them more. In result, girls refused from his service.
I would like to stress that when Nadya and Masha are released, the situation will be special. I think we should be in touch. Q: What will happen? I don’t know. We’ll see.
When world famous prisoner Nadezhda Savchenko was released by the Kremlin and left the Kremlin’s prison cell, when she came to the land of freedom and took a breath of the air of freedom in Ukraine, which is filled with the power of freedom, I don’t afraid of repeating this word, Mark Feygin accused her of all sins and of being a bad politician. What for, Mark? It’s a stab in the back.
She was a prisoner in the past, now she’s a failed politician.
Moreover, he hinted at Savchenko’s alleged links to Russia’s FSB. What is the reason for his action? Why many of his defendants [clients] after their release, sometimes without his help, are always criticized and attacked by him?
Her visit was agreed with certain people. No doubts. I think those people are from FSB.
I would like to address all concerned. If anything happens to me, Mark Feygin is to blame. I don’t know what he’s capable of or his supporters.
Once he boasted his participation in the war in Yugoslavia. He was ready to kill men, women and children only because they believed in Allah. He might kill. If someone has a weapon, it’s usually used.
I’m afraid of this man’s intentions. I ask for protection. I don’t know what could happen.
Maybe his followers could disable brakes in my car. Maybe they could attack me, when I’m going out for a walk with my god. Maybe they could hit my head.
I’m terrified. I don’t know what to do. Everyone knows that there is no law in Russia. Nobody can stop him.
I would like to address all concerned, especially the UNHCR which is responsible for my security, and ask for protection from this man.
I’m really terrified. It’s not a shame to admit this fact. This person seems to be capable of the most terrible things.
I ask for protection. I’m close to the nervous breakdown. My relatives are afraid of just walking in the streets.
I do know nothing about his motives. Maybe my suit is the reason… It’s my right to sue other people, but I’m ready to refuse from taking legal actions.
I have no choice, but to continue my legal actions. Mark Feygin, I ask you to stop your persecution. Please! Protect me from him!
If anything happens to me, my lawyer is ready to provide European law enforcement authorities with all Feygin’s threats toward me.
