😱 How do I describe this? 🐬🏊

Buenos Dias from Playa del Carmen, in Mexico.
We are on our way to Cozumel today.
And Ashley is really excited, because she
gets to do something that she has always wanted to do.
I'm swimming with dolphins today, guys.
I've never done it before.
I can't
wait!
It's going to be awesome.
Okay, we have made it onto the ferry to Cozumel.
The only problem is,
We have had a rough morning already.
It's been a bit stressful.
A bit stressful, so..
We're trying not to freak out.
I lost focus.
I need to change that mode.
So we're supposed to meet Ashley's parents
to go on a dolphin excursion this morning.
We were supposed to catch the 9 A.M. ferry.
We tried to flag down like 8 taxis.
Every single one was full,
No one would stop.
So then we just cut our losses and took the bus.
Well that took forever.
The bus stopped like every two minutes.
Yeah, so it took us 45 minutes to get into town,
when it's like a 13.. 15.. minute ride.
We're supposed to be at the dolphin excursion at 10 A.M.
But this ferry takes a half an hour.
So it will be getting us to Cozumel at 10 A.M.
Josh just lost internet on his phone..
Yepp.
So uhhhhh....
We can't look up the address or anything like that.
Yeah, if it's in walking distance, who knows?
But most likely we'll just have to end up getting a taxi.
Ferry tickets are not cheap.
No, and on top of that,
I feel like every time that we go to these touristy places,
we just keep getting ripped off in new ways.
So a guys said it's a 100 pesos round trip,
So when you get there, I paid,
and they gave me incorrect change,
or what I thought was incorrect change.
And then they point at the sign and they say,
"No it's 150."
So yes the sign says 150 but i was told 100.
It's just a new trick every time.
Josh does not like being tricked.
All of these touristy places.. It's pissing me off.
And it's not a great morning.
But! We're going to turn it around
as soon as we get to the dolphin place.
Assuming we actually get there in time.
We will.
My parents are headed there right now.
They're walking there themselves.
And they said they'll let them know we're on our way.
Right.
We gotta make a mad dash for a taxi,
because we're already late.
The ferry came in a few minutes late,
And uhhhh.. We gotta get to these dolphins.
Everything is not working out.
Lets get there!

Okay, so we were, in fact, too late.
They had to reschedule us until later.
But, breakfast is included.
We'll eat the food first,
instead of afterwards.

I can almost guarantee they're going to charge you extra,

I love dolphins, they're so smart,
and fun, and cute, and soft.
Like so, so soft.
Yeah! That's what I was surprised about,
The skin is actually quite soft.
Yeah! It's not slimy at all.
It's almost like leather.
It was awesome.
My mom, like, literally held it like a baby.
I did.
Our little dolphin.

Okay, so my parents have just a little bit of time!
Like a half an hour.
We're going to try to snorkel.
Here.
On the reef.
So we are at Playa Corona,
and we've been told this is good snorkeling,
and it's free, and we're going to have some fun.
There seems to be a storm a brewing.
Somehow it got so windy!
And freaking cold!
We're going to get in this water,
and see if we can find some fish.
There are fish EVERYWHERE down here!
It's so cool.
I'm trying to get close to them for you guys.
I LOVE THIS!
The wave was pushing me.
Tell them what you saw, dad!
I saw fish.

We followed them. There were big ones, and little ones.
Dad was in the water all like...
euheuhaiuh, wuehauha.
And like pointing to different fish.
It was awesome.

I was trying to get here to see the one i was looking for..
There was like a purple one with yellow,
that was so beautiful.
I saw one big one further out,
but... We saw some good ones at the end.
Those yellow ones were good, too.
Hopefully I got some good pictures.
They had a black dot on the back, too.
How would I rate my experience compared to dolphins?
Yeah, how was that free snorkeling experience,
as opposed to the dolphins?
I love snorkeling so much!
But I also liked the dolphins.
I would never be able to touch a dolphin.
There is no comparison.
They're two totally different things.
I was kind of thinking the same thing.
It was a trick question.

So guys, we had an amazing day.
I'm so glad that our parents got to meet with us
on a cruise ship.
That was, like, an extra blessing on top of everything.
To see family just kind of rejuvenates you,
and makes you enjoy doing the things with them
so much more.
So thanks mom and dad so much for meeting us
in Mexico, on the beach. It was amazing.
But, guys...
I hope we encouraged you to get out and travel today.
Josh and I are going to relax a little bit more on Cozumel,
and then we're headed to Playa del Carmen,
Where tomorrow, we're hanging out with one of you guys.
A Wayfam got ahold of me,
and we're going to hang with him and his wife.
I can't wait, we have so many fun adventures coming.
