How to Make Air Cooler - AC out of Junk // Using Brick

My Homemade water pump. you can see video in description.
Mark and cut the brick according to the size of cooler body.
I am using angle grinder but you can just break it or cut using hack saw.
Now drill the hole as much as you can.
and cool the drill bit and brick using water periodically.
Brick is broken from back side due to drill machine vibration. But it is not a problem.
Now make a square opening for Air inlet.
Front side opening for fix the fan.
fix the fan using screws or just hot glue it.
insert the on off switch and tighten its bolt.
Now tie the brick using a piece of wire or zip ties.
join water pipe to the pump and insert it into cooler body.
Insert other side of pipe in copper tube and mark it for making holes for water outlet.
Fix it using glue.
now connect the fan and water pump motor wires in Parallel.

and connect the switch in series of +ve wire.
Join these strips of card board and make a front grill.
Paint it black and fix it infront of the fan.
Our cooler is ready and now put some water in it.
Connect with a 12V DC battery and power on the switch. That's It!!!
