Just came home and Eve is like totally in coma.She said that her legs are out of control and that bike training sesion was really something for her.
Now it's 10 o'clock in the evening and everyone are keep asking me on what time I'm going to bed.
So this is the time on 10 or 11 pm.when I'm actually going to sleep.
I usually wake up around 6am.in the morning,while Eve is sleeping a bit more.
She mostly sleeps extra 30min.more while I'm getting ready for the gym.
So I'm out for just a few seconds.
Morning motivated people!
It's 6 o'clock in the morning and our morning routine always starts on this time.
Many of you are surprised why I'm always going to the gym on en empty stomach.
And everything it's because I'm having thyroid problems.
Every morning I must drink my medication and after that I can't eat and drink anything for like 30-40minutes.
This moment I'm having my meal before my workout sesion.That's the reason I must wake up earlier and wait those 30minutes.
After that I can have my meal and get ready for the gym.
How beautiful...with the rise of the sun I'm having my breakfast.
Oats with cocoa powder and mashed strawberries.Protein shake,of course,very light and great snack before a workout.
Ow...It's the alarm signal to wake up,so see you at the gym!

Like you already saw that my training was super intensive.
It's really a huge drive to me because my training consists of supersets.
I'm hoping that this new season with my brand new program will be succsessful.

Just got my Quest protein.
Cookies and cream flavour
It's one of the most delicious Quest protein bar flavour,even better than a Granade ones.
It's even with cookie crumples!Which means that this protein includes real protein cookies!
I'm mot going to make a protein shake with it yet,but just want to try the taste.

Planing to go to the cinema and just to have our evening chill before tomorow new day.

She said she is going to have potatoes.
Pealing those potatoes...You could have cook them with skin.Everything is okey eating potatoes with the skin.
Do you know that potatoe skin contains many kind of minerals wich our body needs.
Just make sure to rinse them well.
And I'm about to make some decaf coffee.

or just want to have coffee for the taste
This coffee would be great choice.Just put more than one teaspoon.
Will make some pancakes.
For dinner wich will not include carbohydrates.

Who would have thought that just with two eggs and protein thes American style pancakes will be amazing!
From this day I will always use Quest protein powder not only for its taste but for cooking and baking also.
At the end for a better taste I'm using this creamy peanut butter.
