You could fill this part with chests for your garbage. (SW: So, like, my dirt n stuff?)
I'm going to fill it with gravel, since that looks like trash.. (SW: At least it's not diorite, my favorite block.)

I just realized, why so many materials?

I've tried disguising it as a turn signal.. (SW: Meh.)
What are the trapdoors for?
You have extra materials.

You can use a sign as a license plate. (SW:Still don't get the trapdoors.)
With a minecart and some rails, you can even sit in the driver's seat! :D (SW: But what about the extra materials?)
The doors open a little weird right now, but that's fairly easy to fix. :] (SW: HOW THE FRICK DO YOU FIX THAT?!)
