Now that America is once again a nation of laws, Congress has decided that Hillary Clinton
and her gang should not get away with the epidemic level of illegal stunts they pulled
in the past couple of years.
Now, Congress says that after a year of obstructing their investigation into Hillary’s illegal
email server, it’s time to prosecute, and you won’t be disappointed when you find
out who is going to be the target of the DOJ.
According to Washington Free Beacon, the private internet company Hillary Clinton hired when
she was the Secretary of State has been obstructing a congressional investigation into its actions
for over a year.
Rep. Lamar Smith (R – TX), chairman of the House Science, Space, and Technology Committee,
has formally requested that Trump’s Department of Justice bring criminal charges against
Platte River Networks CEO Treve Suazo for obstructing a congressional investigation
into his company’s role in providing security for Hillary’s illegal email server.

I don’t understand quite how America was fooled into labeling the server as “private”
when the reality is that Hillary broke the law when she set it up, therefore, making
it illegal.
According to comments made by Smith, whose committee has jurisdiction over the investigation
into Platte River Networks, Congress will no longer tolerate their failure to comply
with the investigation.
“The Committee is referring Mr. Treve Suazo, CEO of Platte River Networks, to the Department
of Justice for prosecution under federal laws pertaining to failing to produce subpoenaed
documents, making false statements to Congress regarding possession of documents, and obstructing
Congress,” Smith said, according to a report by Tea Party Patriots.
“Platte River Networks, a company hired by former Secretary Hillary Clinton, has deliberately
withheld requested materials from the Committee and refused to comply with lawfully issued
subpoenas,” Smith alleged.
“With a new administration in place, I am hopeful that the Department of Justice will
appropriately respond to the referral.
We cannot allow companies with valuable information to stonewall us in our oversight efforts.”
Senior congressional aides say that Clinton’s server has been revealed to present “pretty
serious cyber security concerns.”
Congressional investigators want to fast-track the prosecution of the corrupt IT company
because of its failure to respond to multiple subpoenas, letters, and requests for key documents
in addition to the false statements they have made to Congress.
The best part of this latest development is that when the DOJ brings the hammer down on
these corrupt super-nerds, there won’t be anywhere for them to hide.
The opportunity to cooperate is over, and now, they will face criminal charges and consequences
for the crimes they have committed during the investigation, not to mention their illegal
activities prior to the investigation.
Hillary’s days of getting these guys from Platte River Networks to cover for her are
over.
Once they are prosecuted, they will tell her secrets, and then, it will only be a matter
of time before she gets thrown under the bus and prosecuted.
“This is atypical,” said one committee aide who briefed reporters on the situation.
“There were absolutely zero negotiations, there was no willingness on their part to
discuss whether any information they would provide would satisfy the committee’s request.
It was just the company, with council, refusing to discuss” or provide assistance with the
investigation.
This isn’t rhetoric.
This new formal request from Congress for the DOJ to prosecute the IT company is the
flash-bang of what will turn into a blaze of indictments.
It will be interesting to see if the establishment RINOs in Washington, D.C., try to intervene
on Hillary’s behalf, and then, they too can be investigated for obstruction.
Karma is coming for Hillary Clinton, and the American justice system needs to prove that
corrupt top level government officials aren’t untouchable.
I can’t wait to see Jeff Sessions go to town on these traitors.
