In this series we are going to focus on all the hot news from the world of Indie Games.
Today we look at Tycoon genre.
This videos are packed with informations so sit back, take your time and stay focused
for next few minutes, feel free to pause at any time.

As always we are going to start with updates of already existing games.
Wind of Trade has been updated to version 1.1 this version adds several new features
to the game.
You are now able to attack competition ships and blockade the port.
Doing so will damage opponent economical power but comes at cost of your own reputation.
You can now assemble the fleets and give them standing orders creating trade routes which
synergizes nicely with new ability to build warehouses and upgrade trade offices.
Apart of that many improvements to the game itself and bug fixes.
Wind of trades is starting to look better and better and I am glad that developer put
more work into the project after slightly shaky releases.
For those of you who are new to this game Winds of Trade is a Trading Company symulator
set in fictional procedurally generated world sometime in 17th and 18th century.
Your job is to expand your fleet, establish trade routes and outsmart competition while
dealing with laws of supply and demand.
SimAirport has seen 2 big patches in April adding more content to the game and fixing
many of ongoing bugs.
Game has seen great improvements to its performance thanks to updated path finding algorithms.
Players will have opportunity to build multiple security wings.
We have seen changes and improvements to passenger behaviour and boarding times.
Apart of that many, many bug fixes, tweaks and improvements that make playing a game
more enjoyable.
This Airport Tycoon game sits currently on positive 76% review score on steam and is
still in early access.
We have one notable release last month that i am aware of.
Dominia released on 3rd of April.
Dominia is a gladiator manager simulator.
Take a role of ancient roman slave master who trains, and pitches gladiators to fight
each other as well as various beasts all that for a glory of Rome.
In Dominia you will be able to purchase new champions upgrade their skills and equipment
but also use your cunning outside of arena to secure special favours from Roman nobles
to help you succeed in the fight.
With certain training you will be able to take control of your gladiators directly shaping
the battle.
Alright time for announcements
The Production Line is set to release on Early Access on 18th of May.
In this car factory tycoon your job will be to establish perfect efficient production
of cars, maximize profit and beat the competition.
Game is build with efficiency geeks in mind and will be appealing to any fun of games
like Factorio or Big Pharma.
To win market share from the big companies you are going to need planning, an appreciation
of future technology, a careful eye on your bottom line, and an ability to design a factory
layout that makes use of every square meter, and cuts production costs per car to the absolute
minimum.
Interstellar Transport Company is set to release sometime between June and October this year.
In Interstellar Transport Company you take the role of a space transportation company
as you probably already figured out from title..
Your job is to crush your rivals and supply humanity with all the resources it needs to
colonize the galaxy.
In this transport tycoon you will be managing routes, infrastructure, and ships to grow
your business.
All that is set in a procedurally generated galaxy meaning every game will be brand new
experience.
It features competitive AI that all have differing motivations, online multiplayer, a VR mode
for Rift/Vive users, and will launch with modding capabilities.
Definitely a title I will keep my eyes on and repot as more information is released.
Finally we have a date for City Skyline Mass Transit DLC.
It is set to release on 18th of May.
This latest expansion for Cities: Skylines brings several new systems into play to help
citizens traverse their towns in speed and style.
Commuters can now get around on the water, up high mountain peaks, and even through the
sky thanks to the addition of ferries, monorails, cable cars, and blimps to the game.
Along with new transit service buildings, mass transit hubs where lines can exchange
passengers, new scenarios, new landmarks, and new road types, urban planners now have
more options than ever to add unique style and personality to their growing cities.
Final announcement of a month comes from creators of Mad Games Tycoon.
Developers have announced their new game Mad Tower Tycoon to come out this year.
In this sim tower tycoon kind of game your job will be to grow skyscraper of your dreams.
Your job will be to create offices, hotel rooms, apartments or shopping malls to keep
your skyscraper economically lucrative.
You will build cinemas, bars or a theaters to keep your visitors satisfied.
Take care of the safety and cleanliness of each floor.
Create an effective transport system with elevators and stairs.
