This time it’s a special,
and the episodes 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 will also be specials
featuring Marcin with a camera stabiliser and some special stuff.
Check it out.
We’ll show you some drops,
six combinations of bum drop,
six combinations of front drop
and six ones of back drop.
This is the stuff that you already know, but I’m going to show you how to combine it together.
Let’s start with my favourite trampoline from jumping to sitting position.
Jumping to sitting position and landing in this position.
First option,
I jump to sitting position,
do the half-turn
and land in the sitting position.
Quite simple, I’m sure that each of you can make it.
And the second and more complicated option,
from one sitting position to another, looks like this.
I do the whole turn,
jump to sitting position,
the whole turn,
sitting position again and finally landing.
Another option, after the bum drop landing in the front drop.
I jump on bum.
The first and simplest option, I jump forward and do something like half of a somersault.
Sitting, front and I land.
I’ve just shown you the simplest option which includes squatting.
Knees pressed against my chest, hold, making sure I’m in the right position, and I finally land.
If you’re high enough,
you can try and straighten up a little.
It looks more interesting.
You might even try something else, but we’ll come to that.
And the final combination, from sitting position to back.
It also includes two options.
In the first one we practically don’t have to do anything,
we have to make a mistake while jumping to a sitting position.
Instead of placing our hands behind our back and straightening our back,
we have to move a little bit closer so we lay on our back.
Even higher.
I lay on my back and stand up.
And now for something more difficult.
I do the half-turn as if for a front drop, and only then land on my back.
Thinking about the front drop I do the half-turn
at the last moment when I’m sure I can do the front drop.
Then my body is set right.
Easy? Let’s continue.
We’ve just moved to the foam pool,
and here I’m going to show you what you can do with the front drop.
We’ll do the transfer from front to bum, two options.
from front to front, two options
and from front to back, two options.
Come closer.
Now everything’s correct.
Just as from the sitting position to the front drop, let’s do it the other way round.
I jump from front to the sitting position.
So easy. One more time.
Simple.
The second option, from front to sitting position with a 180-degree turn,
and sitting on the other end.
A little askew, facing the camera.
One more time,
a little bit higher.
Don’t be afraid, it’s easy.
Landing on bum is very safe once you’ve mastered the bum drop.
Magic happens at JUMPCITY and in ‘How To.’
Soon you’ll know more.
Now for something more painful.
Once you’ve learned how to do the front drop, this will not be so.
From front to front, two options.
The first one, front here and front there.
Easy.
The second option.
The Force is with me.
Front drop, whole turn and another front drop.
I’d suggest to start low,
because if you can’t make the whole turn, you’ll land somewhere else.
I turn right, so I land on my side, and it might hurt.
That’s why I start low and try to do the whole turn.
One more time.
One and two.
It’s not over yet. Now for the front-back combination.
It’s very similar to the front-bum drop.
This time it’s the front-back drop.
The first difference.
We jump from front to back as if doing half of a somersault.
To jump on bum, it’s enough to jump up and to stand on your feet
to push yourself backwards, using your shoulders.
Jumping front and back.
I add the kick.
When I do the front drop, my legs are bent.
You can adjust the rotation or make a higher jump like so
Just to make it and land on your back, which I’m sure you know how to do.
The first option was from front to bum, the second option is from front to back.
There’s only one difference. Don’t lift your body.
Very low at first,
abdomen and back.
Now a little higher,
legs not touching the trampoline.
Front and standing up.
Maybe higher?
Gotta do what I gotta do :)
Turn and standing up.
I don’t go for the foam.
What can you do after the back drop?
The last option is over there.
The last part of our special is the transfer from back.
The standard option: first bum, next the abdomen and finally our back.
I do the back drop and land on bum.
At first I just try and bounce, like so.
I do the back drop and sit.
Slightly up.
I don’t lift the body so as to stand on my feet, just bounce up.
Interesting.
And now for the half-turn and sitting.
Here we need to make it a little bit higher to press our legs against us
Instead of turning right, I’ll make the left turn.
Or the right.
Or otherwise.
I do the back drop,
land in sitting position
and jump up.
Piece of cake.
I don’t recommend going for the front drop on a white trampoline
unless you’ve mastered a black one.
Crooked landing on a professional trampoline always hurts more since it’s more hard.
Go for the beginner trampolines first, and only then
go pro.
We’ve covered the back-bum option,
let’s go for the back-abdomen one.
A simple transfer,
half a somersault, back to front.
First squatting, and now straight.
Looks scary, I know,
but if you fall perfectly on your stomach, there’s nothing to be afraid of.
Another option from back to abdomen.
We only do the half-turn,
getting ready for what’s coming next, that is the whole turn on back.
I do the back drop and make a 180-degree turn on abdomen.
Start low,
best bouncing on back.
Now we stretch our legs up and forwards,
straighten up and turn on our abdomen.
Once you make it, try a little bit higher.
A walk in the park.
And for the final part: back-back.
First from back to front and a half-turn.
Just like from the sitting position.
Nothing to fear.
Back, up and turn.
A little higher.
he final and the coolest option
is the whole corkscrew from back to land on back.
I land on back, do the corkscrew and land on back again.
Practice this as many times as you can.
This will come in handy with all corkscrews and somersaults.
Do as many turns as you can, three or five at once
Make it ten or two even.
I’ll do a few at once. I
I do the back drop and turn.
Now for the arms like this
or like this.
Any way you want.
No matter where you’re going to place your hands,
you have to keep it flex here.
In the end, here’s my combination of various spontaneous figures.
I’ll start and see how it goes along.
Starting from the back drop.
Oops, wrong spot.
That’s about it!
I hope that you’ve managed to learn something
and will be able to do your own original combinations.
Don’t be afraid and remember that drops are a good option for warming up.
Don’t go for somersaults the first thing once you enter the trampoline park,
go for the easy warm-up first.
You know the drill.
A few drops, a few combinations, play a game of jump.
I think it’s interesting.
That’s it.
Thumbs up if you like it and see you next time! :)
