MetaTrader4 Installation and Basic Understanding

Hello Friends Today I will explain how to install MetaTrader4.
Download Metatrader4 from www.vcharting.com and then run setup file.
Click on check box and press Next Button.
Installation is in progress. For more details visit www.vcharting.com subscribe for more videos.
Metatrader4 installation is completed.
After installation the Metatrader 4 will open automatically.
Close the window which prompts to open an account
If the login window does not open, Go to File -> Login to Trade Account
Enter Login Id, Password , Server IP address or Server Name (Server field is editable)
Press Login Button
It will auto open 4 charts of Forex pairs
Now let me close these charts and show you how to add symbols from Indian equity and commodity markets.
Go to Market Watch
Right click on Market watch click on "Hide All"
Right click on Market watch and click on "Symbols" or press Ctrl + U
A popup with Symbols list will be opened.
These are the categories of Symbol we provide. Click on (+) of particular category to see symbol list in that category.
in MCX category, symbols without # are for Current Contract while as symbols with # next to it are for Next Contract.
NSE-F&O is Future & Options category. NSE-Spot is Cash/Spot category.
Now let me show you how to add desired symbol in Market Watch.
Select desired symbol and then click on "Show" Button.
You can see the symbol has been added in Market Watch.
Now let me show you how to open a chart for particular symbol.
Select Symbol in Market Watch and Right Click on Symbol. Click on "Chart Window".
Once the chart is opened. You can select required time frame.
You can change the chart pattern from here. You can have Bar, Candlestick, Line pattern.
On the same toolbar, There are zoom out and zoom in buttons for the chart.
There's a button to move the chart to extreme right side so that you can see current market movements.
Let me click these buttons and show you its effects on the current chart.
You can see the chart has been moved to extreme right and it has been zoomed in.
To remove the Grid from the chart, You can press Ctrl + G. Or you can right click on chart and click on "Grid" to Add/Remove grid from chart.
Now let me show you how to add an indicator on the chart. You can close unwanted windows. For example you can close Terminal window sitting at the bottom.
Default MT4 Indicators can be seen in Navigator window. You can see the Navigator window below Market watch. You can press Ctrl + N to open/close Navigator window.
Select particular Indicator and Right Click on it. Click on "Attach to a chart".
You can change input parameters for this Indicator and click OK.
You can add multiple indicators on the same chart.
You can have many default indicators like RSI, Moving Average, Oscillators with MT4 installation.
To Remove any Indicator from the Chart, Right Click on Chart and click on "Indicator List". You can press Ctrl + I for this also.
Once indicator list is opened, select the indicator to be removed from chart and click on "Delete" button.
