Big Changes at Our New House!

- We are going to catch lizards.
It's gonna be lots of fun.
(dramatic music)
- Good morning everyone!
We are at the new house.
A lot of vlogs in the future
are going to be old house, new house.
So we're at the new house.
The painters are starting today, so that's about to happen.
I'm going to show you the paint color
that they're painting everything.
It's a famous paint color right now
that everybody's choosing to do.
It's gray and it's called Revere I can't remember.
If you want to fill in that blank for me,
it's Benjamin Moore Revere Pewter I believe.
It's very pretty, it's gray,
it's gonna be a lot of our house.
So I'm excited about that.
My friend Ashley, who's amazing at interior design
and all the designing stuff
and building things and everything, is coming over.
And she's gonna talk couches with us
because we wanna put a couch near the fireplace
but it's a very small amount of space
so we need to use that space wisely.
I would like to be able to play games as well,
to have like a little table,
so we're trying to figure out if that's possible.
And that's our morning.
Oh my goodness,
so they're getting ready to paint the stones.
Oh my goodness, things are changing.
So the window treatments are going away.
Bye window treatments, bye.
I honestly think Bailey is gonna to be very upset
when she finds out that the window treatments
are going away.
And I don't even want to be the person who breaks it to her
that the one in her room are probably going away
because it's like her favorite thing in the house.
So we'll see or maybe she'll keep them
but they don't really match the rest of her things
in her room so I don't know.
Yeah, this is my friend Ashley!
- Hi.
- She's so cute and she's amazing and this is her.
- Hi.
- So she's going to be helping us and you'll be seeing
a lot of her
and she has three really, really cute kids.
- Say hi. - Hi.
- This is Quinn and when you see her and Parker together
you're gonna die and worry for Catherine
because their cute little curly blond hair
is like the cutest thing and they're very good friends.
All of her kids have been in homeschool classes
with my kids so that's how we know each other.
We're homeschooling moms together.

It has a bunch of her other design things
and it's Arrows and Bow.
So arrows is plural and bow is not plural.
Oh, and husband.
- Hi, I was teaching the kids how to catch lizards.
- Mwwwah.
- So they'll both probably come in with lizards
attached to their fingers biting them.
That's the plan.
- [Jessica] How to safely catch lizards, humanely, right?
- Oh yeah, they're not gonna hurt 'em.
They just hold them for a little bit.
- It's a catch and release.
Oh and baby just woke up.

Duncan.
He fell asleep in the car on the way over
and he's awake now.
- Good morning everyone.
Today we're going to going to try and catch lizards.
These are my friends, Gabe and Gavin.
- Hi.
- And we are going to catch lizards.
It's gonna be lots of fun.
Now let's go up the hill
and try and find the grass that's long enough
to make a lizard trap.
- How about this?
- [Bailey] No.
I know where to find the best grass.
(upbeat music)
- How about this?
- [Bailey] Yeah, that's the lizard trap grass.
- Ouch.
- [Bailey] Sorry.
- We still got some of it.
- [Bailey] I'm going to try and help you with this.
- [Gavin] Here, maybe that's a strong one.
- [Bailey] Is this one long enough?
Cause it looks like it is.
No, dead, it wasn't longer.
- [Gavin] Nope, it's too dead.
- [Bailey] This is where I got one.
Okay, now I'm going to go give this to Daddy
so that he can make a lizard trap
so that we can catch lizards.
- [Gavin] And pet 'em once we're done, right?
- [Bailey] Uh-huh, I'm going to hold one.
Look, one's here.
- [Gavin] Did you get one?
- [Bailey] It's there.
I caught it on camera.
Daddy!
Okay I'm going to look along this path,
and you look around the backyard.
So I got another thing for the lizard traps.
There's a lizard again, yeah.
Seriously, I don't have a lizard trap, lizard.
I can't catch you.
Bad time to be out.
- [Christopher] You're tryin' to get his hiccups to stop,
Bailey?
(Duncan cries)
- He likes sitting like this.
- [Christopher] He does?
- Here you go baby.
Your hand's supposed to be in here.
(laughs)
You little stinker.
(Duncan cries)
You're trying to do so many things at once.
- It's like being a parent.
