Hi I have a new mop to review It's the Green Direct Spray Mop
Now I have already reviewed the Green Direct Spin Mop
and I use that a lot on the main level of the house
but I'm upstairs now and the floors here don't get as dirty as the floors do on the main
level of the house but they do get a lot of dust and pet hair and rather than carrying
a mop up and down the stairs I have been using uh a I guess you call it a wet jet uh wet
dry mop portable mop and I got this and I've used it a few times and it's a big improvement
Here's the box that it came in So I'm going to use this on hardwood and some
vinyl it can also be used on laminate really any hard surface even concrete
It has a comfortable feel the handle is nice and long don't have to bend over
Here's the microfiber pad and it goes right on and off and it is machine washable
not heavy enough to do any good as a weight it comes with a refillable bottle so you can
add water or any type of cleaning fluid right now I've got some premixed hardwood
floor cleaner but it just pops in and out very easy to take
in and out and refill and just spray it very very easy
I wanted to tell you something else..
I mentioned that I've been using a Swiffer wet jet and let me get that so I can show
you the difference between that mop and this Ok so this is what I have been using here
on the level and they come with um they come with a proprietary cleaning fluid that you
can't open the bottle it's not refillable ok so compare the swiffe wetjet to the green
direct spray mop - now you can see right away the handle is longer and more substantial
on the Green Direct so look at the size difference between the mop head on the Green Direct and
Swiffer on the Green Direct it is much larger and
that makes clean-up quicker it's 16 inches wide - yeah 16 inches wide
by 5 inches and I'm not sure of the width of this but hmm what about a foot
um so I will just say this is a much better mop and I'm going to get this one out of the
way so easy to push there is no resistance and
it has a nice flat surface obviously I am doing wet mopping right now but it is also
just great for dry mopping dust mopping There are - you probably hear it back there
- there is a pug and there is also a cat that comes up here so there's lots of hair but
this seems to take care of it very very easy let me give you a little better look at the
refillable bottle see there it is the top just screws off
and then it just slides right back in can't get any easier than that
so you can use as little or as much cleaning fluid or water as you want I get carried away
sometimes It just glides over the floor
and I really like taking good care of these floors because originally there was carpet
here so we had the carpet taken out and acacia hardwood put down so I really want to take
good care of it - I don't use any harsh products on it and this is the perfect mop.
Oh it looks like you've been doing a good job on the floor
Yeah, I really like this mop So I'm really impressed with this mop
It has a very good design for a duster/spray mop
uh easy refillable bottle lightweight comfortable to use and a nice big mop head
So I'd say this is a keeper Thanks for watching
