Install Kodi on IPAD No Jailbreak June 2017

hey guys Techdoctor here and today's video I'm going to be showing you how
you can install Kodi onto your iPad with no jailbreak now did do a video in this
about two months ago but unfortunate that method doesn't work anymore this
new matter I'm going to show you today doesn't require any job break doesn't
need any iTunes or any computer it's the easiest way I've found to get a code
yeonji iPad so with that being said let's get started okay so the very first
thing you want to do on your iPad or iPhone because it works on both is start
Safari on Safari you want to navigate to this website called - - app Doe VIP I'll
save a copy of this link in the description once you get there make sure
you click on the regular link which is on the top right not the VIP as I cost
money so click on regular then click on download now when you do that you'll get
promising you want to download the - - app click on install okay so if we go
back to the home screen you can see the app is now being installed this is
basically like a cracked or hacked app store that we can use on your iPad now
if you try and launch this application you notice you get this error this
basically means that your iPad does not trust this China soft developer now the
way we make your iPad trust it is if you go to your settings on your iPad
inside settings you see under general you have this profiles and device
management if you click on that you see there is a profile for China soft so if
you go into that we have got you to trust this profile this basically means
that you will trust the apps that this developer makes so let's click on trust
and click on trust again and that should now work fine so we go back to the home
screen we can now launch the - - app and I launch is fine okay so we can swipe a
few times just to get past the intro take one don't allow that's fine now
inside the app store lots of great apps for you to try out here but we're
interested in Cody so to search for that if you click on
the top and type in Cody now ignore the fact that the results come up with Cody
18.1 this is in fact Cody 17.0 okay let's click on that and click get this
will now commence the download you
nearly done now when you get this prompt click on install now if you go back to
the home screen on your iPad we can see the Kodi up now being installed let's
give that a few seconds okay so that's now installed so like we did before with
the tutu app we also need to trust this developer so if we click on it just to
see what the developers name is this here this is Eastern engineering so once
again we can go back into your settings under general in the profiles and device
management if we find the East China engineering hopes from one if you go
back okay it's the middle on yep if you click on that click on trust click on
trust again and your iPad will now trust is developer which means Kodi should
launch now with our problem let's click on that and update guys we now have Kodi
17.0 running on our iPad so let's make Kodi a bit more usable so the probably
the first thing you want to do is update the skin so click on settings and then
interface click on skin everything change the skin to estuary which is the
default skin for cody 17 which I think looks a lot better the only slight
caveat with the skin on an iPad is or touch device is there's no visible back
button that we can click on ok let's message this fine
so that we actually simulate pressing barriers if you swipe to the left with
two fingers so if you do that now this is basically pressing the back button so
I just swipe to the left with two fingers and they'll be like you're
pressing back there we go get you that again okay so now we want to get some
add-ons so if you want a good add-on for TV shows and movies we can use Exodus so
the way you install that is if you click on settings on the top which is the COG
wheel and then click on file manager it's on file imagine you on add a source
now the address for the source is HTTP colon four slash four slash fusion TV
add-ons Tory also have a copy of this link in the description okay click on
done now let's give that a name I just call it dot that's us that's fine and
click on done again okay click on ok now swipe left with two fingers to go back
yeah back again okay so now we want to take on add-ons inside I don't let's
click on the Box icon on the top left okay click on install from zip file all
right you get this message click on settings we need to enable the unknown
sources option so click on unknown sources and click on yes okay let's
swipe back with two fingers and we can now click on install from zip file again
okay click on the dot Fu su added and let's click on Cody repos so the
repository we're looking for is in English and its repository door Exodus
let's click on that now okay that repository has now been added so now we
can click on install from repository let's click on that now click on the
extras repository video add-ons Exodus and let's click install and guys can't

has been enabled we're done now before we start the add-on let me
give you some tips on how you can optimize it to give you a better more
net flix like experience so all we need to do is we need to go into the extra
settings so there you bring up the settings is is if you click on it with
two fingers so tap the icon with two fingers is to bring up a context menu
and you should be able to click on settings let's click on that now now the
first thing we want to do is change the provider timeout from 30 seconds down to
10 I think 10 seconds is more than enough for you to find your content okay
so also under the playback tab if you click on that we want to turn the
hosters with captures to off that means if any of the providers need a capture
before they serve you the content this will now disable them so we're not gonna
use them anymore and then finally the default action so once Exeter's have
signed your content it gives you a list of links for you to click on if we
change this to autoplay they'll just start playing your your movie or your
show for you so should make it a lot more slicker I
think ok let's try that now so let's start Exodus and let's go to movies
let's see what's most popular okay so let's try one of these films let's try
how about Captain America let's click on that okay so now because of the tweak
when we click on this it's only going to take a maximum of 10 seconds before it
finds the content and if what we did worked when the content is found is just
going to start playing straight away so I'm gonna give you any more prompts or
options ok let's see if it does that okay that's found it
yep and not started playing automatically now let's fold that a bit
yep that's working fine and we can see that's a nice full 1080p stream ok let's
