today I'm going to give you a park bench ab workout and this is part of our
summer slimmed-down series so don't worry if you're not like
me and you're not in a park you can still do this workout with just a good
sturdy chair and if you're new to my channel hello I'm Tracy

out new videos every single week so let's get started with this park bench
abs workout so the first exercise we're going to start off with some knee
crunches so all you're going to do is just place one foot on the bench or your
chair and you're just going to crunch as you squeeze the belly really deeply into
your spine okay I know this one might look like you're not doing that much but
trust me you're using your core because you're balancing and also you want to
really feel that the movement comes from the abdominals pulling and it's not a
leg exercise it's an ab exercise okay so do 20 on one side let's switcheroo I'm
going to do 20 again and squeeze it and squeeze it I'll do 10 with you and 4
really pull in the belly feel that burn
that's it two more okay so next up we're going to do a little step up onto the
bench with a twist so let me show you what it's going to look like so sorry I
have to my back seams you're going to step up do a twist and
step up crunch twist try to keep your elbows wide
squeeze it and squeeze really pull it in and squeeze and twist keep your elbows
open good so you want to do about 20 of those sets okay then next we're going to
kind of get your booty towards the bench here bring your butt forward so you're
on the edge and your palms are just placed down nicely here start out with
your legs long you're kind of leaning back with your chest just a little bit
here pull the knees in reach the legs up pull in and reach up now if you want to
make it easier you can just bring your feet down each time okay but for more
challenge keep those legs up that's it keep going pull it in try to keep those
legs nice and high awesome good you want to do about 20 to 40 of
these and let me tell you you're definitely going to feel your abs on
fire okay next up we're going to do scissor legs
so what that's going to look like how do similar what we were doing lean back
just a little bit lift up one leg switch switch switch switch pull in your belly
keep your spine nice and long here you're feeling your abdominals a little
bit of quad and if you can't do this with straight legs just slightly bend
the knees okay same motions you're going to feel those abs working
trust me okay so again about twenty or forty of those depending and then we're
going to go into plank twists so again I'm going to flip around here get into a
plank position here and twist so I'm getting my hip down towards the bench
and up and twist and up it is very hot in New York today
so I am sweating good twist and twist that let's do one more set like that
you'll do about 10 or 20 of these and awesome work so there you have it that
