solar lights it's the fact that they are eco-friendly and powered by sunlight and
the fact is you don't require our having outlets or electrical wiring I got three
packs of these daylight white a warm white in the blue and can't wait to see
what they look like so here's a look at the box and says there are 33 feet in
length alright so this slde just shows the solar panel on the light now in the
box which is already been opened there is the rope light and the solar
panel and then there's um here Lily and you open that and see I guess it's a
stake for putting in the ground and an attachment that goes on the solar panel
so let's see how that fits together
okay so that snaps on there so you can obviously put the stake in the ground
for the solar panel you can also hang these if you want take the stake off but
I think it's easier just to use the stake and put them in the ground and when
that's what we're going to do I see something that I really like about this
um and that is the length of the wire between the solar box and the rope light
itself is fairly long that's an issue sometimes with solar lights
Lillian can hold on out and show I've seen some I've had some where the lights where the
solar panel has just really a foot between the light and the panel and
limits your options for placing the solar panel in a good location so as I
mentioned our 33 feet long we got three of them we're going to go out and see
where find some good places in the yard now there are eight lighting modes and I
don't know if we're going to be able to show that in this light will show that
in the dark but I'll just show you where the buttons are
okay so there's an on/off switch right there and then the left button goes
between the eight lighting modes which are combination, in weave, sequential slow
glow, chasing flashing, slow fade, twinkle flash and steady on yeah let's
um let's go look around and see find some good locations and then we'll check
back later and look at the different lighting modes Did you find a good place yeah
why don't we wrap it around this tree yeah that's probably good having it
around the tree right next to the hammock
okay so we'll see how it looks after dark around his tree we can always move it
because it was easy to get to put up
I think this will look nice around the fence yeah let's try that let's try weaving it in and out of the fence and that's
something that we can see how it looks after dark and well you can make
adjustments as necessary or move it some other location okay so we've got the
blue light the blue rope light we're going to put it you want to try it
putting it around the pond maybe that might look good
those lights are pretty
I love these lights
you
