science lab...and it looks like he is working on another one of his evil inventions.
What is he up to this time?
Haha...I’ve got a special machine that will turn the precious little Paw Patrol pups into
something that will keep me busy all summer.
Puppies aren’t fun...but you know what is?
Water balloons!
All I have to do is trick the pups to walk into my Evil Water Balloon Machine and the
pups will turn into….
water balloons!
HUGE water balloons!
Mwahaha..Now I have to trick the paw patrol on the phone.

Paw Patrol, I need your help!
There is a fire at my house and I need a fire pup!

Professor Poopypants is being sneaky again!

villain.
The only thing she can do now is roll around…..like a water balloon!

I need a police pup to come to my house right away.
Skye and Marshall are in trouble.

He wants to turn all of the Paw Patrol into his own water balloons for the summer time!
And here comes Chase...he got here so fast, just like he promised!
OK Professor, you told Chase that marshall and Skye were here and they needed help.
Tell Chase that you turned them into big balloons so he can save them.

Chase is in the evil water balloon machine.

Of course Chase won’t find his friends in there...that’s because they are big balloons.
Sorry Chase, but you were all part of this villains evil plan all along.
And now look...Chase turned into a big water balloon just like Marshall and Skye!
It worked again!
Look how happy the professor looks.
His evil plan worked for a 3rd time and now the entire paw patrol are his very own summertime
water balloons!
Chase can’t do police work now.
He can only roll around….Roll around with the rest of the paw patrol pups.
Marshall, Skye and Chase are in big trouble...i don’t think anyone can save them this time!
And now that Professor Poopypants plan finally worked, he’s gets to ride Chase’s police
car all to himself.
