New Balance Furon 3 Pro - Test & Review

today we got the New Balance Furon 3.0 for you
and how this model compares to it's predecessor the Furon 2.0
You're about to witness in this test! Let's go!
Unboxing the shoe you notice that New Balance
upgrade the upper material
the new mesh upper is softer and more elastic
than the synthetic upper of the predecessor
also the fitting which is made for normal feet
has improved with the phantom-fit
player with bigger feet can order the wider version
on the New Balance website which is a clever idea
a little less comfortable we noticed the stiff soleplate
and the material in the lace-area
which lead to minus points
2 out of 3 players said the heel part was to small
but this depends on the form of your foot
the feel for the ball can convince us from the start
because the material is very soft
After a short run in it get's even better and more direct
the Furon won't give you a barefoot like feel
like the X16 + or the Superfly
but with the damped upper material you get more safety
with high balls and acceptance
2 out of 3 players had the same experience
compared to the stiff Furon 2 a great advantage!
The Furion 3 weights around 258 gramm
and is no light speedboot like the lighter vapor 11
but the durability is much better
We had no using marks in our 3 weeks testing period
also the quality left us convinced
So it gains full points!
a longtime test will show the results in a few months!
compared to it's predecessor the Furon 3 has
really impoved! The upper material
is softer, the fitting is tighter
and the comfort improved
also we couldn't find any disadvantages in quality and durability
only the stiff soleplate and the uncomfortable material
at the lace-area got some minus points
Who is on track to find a light speedboot
won't get happy with the Furon 3
There are a lot lighter models on the market
Everybody else should take a closer look
because it has a lot of positive points and failures
so we give a definite recommendation
