Cosplayer Miss Mad Love Becomes Captain Marvel

Hi, my name is Madison, also known as Miss Mad Love,
and I'm becoming Captain Marvel.
I love her hair, and her sassy attitude,
and the fact that she was an Avenger was so inspiring.
And I love how she has different versions,
and I think that makes her more interesting
because she just gets more powerful and more cool.
I think it's gonna be so much more exciting
because this version kinda focuses more on her personal life.
I feel like she's been in the shadows for so many years,
and I'm very excited for everyone else to see this version.
Basically, when I saw the concept art I thought okay,
I need to make sure I represent
that version of a pilot, and so I remember looking for classic Aviators
and when I saw the buckle I thought, okay,
eight-point star, I was like, that's going to be a little tricky cause,
she has her own unique star and I thought, well, I'm going to make this different
so I ended up cutting it, tracing a stencil design
sanding it down, and then I raised it
almost made it try to look a little more 3-D.
And then I just painted it with I think just metallic acrylic gold.
And the boots, they're ankle booties, but they are pointed in such a way.
The jeans are comfortable cause they're fitted, they're like the Jegging look,
and they fit just right.
The shirt is just a nice white scoop neck shirt,
it has a little pocket on there,
and that way more focus is put on the jacket.
Because the style definitely needs to be more focused on it.
It has a lot of cool characteristics to it with the fur and the patches
and the nice rustic gold zippers, and the colors are just so robust
I love it a lot!
Playing Captain Marvel in this video game is so empowering
she can fly, she has super speed,
and in all her photos she's always doing this real cool punching motion
so she's super confident
and this will be such an inspiration to other women.
It's all so exciting.
And it's so neat because, I guess cause I can personally relate to her
she's like my Marvel twinsie.
