>> Giving back to a community, I think, is an important thing for any person to do that's
been successful.
So it's good to do something with your money that creates a legacy for other people and
gives back to the community.
And obviously, the best place to do it is where you grew up and where you've got friends
and people in that community you would like to succeed in the future.
I think overall we've definitely had a period of time where we've improved the college.
I think we're increasing enrollment.
Now, we're also increasing our national rankings.
We've got a lot of great educators over there who I think can make some great students.
Probably one of the key qualities of a good entrepreneur is to always do something you
understand and pursue it hard and don't over-extend yourself in the process of doing it.
I think being a good entrepreneur, there's obviously a little bit of luck involved in
it, no question about that.
Working hard certainly doesn't hurt.
Not spending the money until you've earned it is also a pretty good thing to keep in
mind as you're doing this.
And you always have to have good people around you.
