Video: Man arrested in ICC road rage stabbing

FIRST ON RECORD.
DONNA A MAN IS IN CUSTODY
: TONIGHT AFTER A BALTIMORE
COUNTY MAN WAS STABBED ON THE
ICC LAST WEEK.
STATE POLICE ARRESTED
49-YEAR-OLD RONALD PAUL
LAST WEDNESDAY.
POLICE SAY THE VICTIM WAS
STOPPED IN TRAFFIC AND PULLED
OVER TO BLOCK PAUL FROM PASSING
ON THE SHOULDER.
THAT'S WHEN THE TWO GOT INTO AN
ARGUMENT,
AND POLICE SAY PAUL GOT OUT AND
STABBED THE MAN IN THE LEG.
PAUL IS CHARGED WITH ATTEMPTED
MURDER, ASSAULT,
