nutrition goals and stay healthy pretty much all week long besides the weekend of course
because I love my 80-20 rule balanced key.
So, anyways my name is Jenny Jaucian or JennyJFitness and I am an online personal trainer, Group
Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach which helps over a hundred of clients get in shape
and love the bodies that there in whether through online training, one on one, live
sessions or my online challenges and in this video, I want to talk to you about the number
one best investment that I ever made that has made me so successful with meal prepping
every single week.
I hear my clients over and over again telling me that they just don't have time to meal
prep or it's just not easy or convenient to pack their meals before they had to work
but the reality is if you really wanna stay on track with your goals and eat in accordance
to your weight loss goals or maintenance or even gaining weight, whatever you are looking
to do?
Meal Prep is the key to your success.
No matter how many hours of working out you do the results rely or the result lies in
the kitchen.
So what I wanna share with you is my number 1 tool that helps me stay on track and that
is my 6 pack meal prep bag.
I do want to mention that I'm not an ambassador for this brand, I am not making any commissions
all the way; I wish I did on this but I honestly just wanna share this with you because it
saved my life and had made things so much easier for me to stay on track.
So my boyfriend actually got this for me.
He just got this at like a local nutrition store.

And they have different sizes depending on your needs.
Now I have this 3 pack.
The 3 meal-6pack bag and I'm just gonna show you what it looks like so that you can
kind of envision that it's something that you would want to invest in.
So, there's a pocket right in front and when you open it, it has 3 containers so one,
two ,three.
And you actually, I don't have them with me coz they are in the dishwasher but you
actually get little bp or a container so they give you everything that you need you get
an ice pack, one right in the front and put one right at the back.
And then you could also open it up here and you can put extra snacks maybe like some cracker
or hardboiled egg or whatever you need can also put it in the front container or on the
top container, excuse me.
And then what's awesome is that there are two pockets on the sides that open up really
really big and you can put 2 shakes or cups or water bottle.
So water bottle here, water bottle here and there's this like mash landing on the side
so you can put your utensils, napkins, extra foods, stuff like that.
So what I love about this meal prep bag is because it contains all of my food that I
need for an entire day so I just pack this the morning before I go to work and it stays
cool for 8 hours.
So even if you don't have a fridge or you're going to an event or your just out for the
entire day, this will keep your food cold and it really last the entire day long.
And what I also love about it too is that it basically portion controls for you.
So of you have problems with portion control or eating, like the container is like this
big so you could only fit so much.
And it kinda works out perfectly because you get, you can put like one cup of veggies,
one serving of protein and one serving of healthy carbs and it basically fits in that
container and your full, satisfied or at least , you know 2 to 3 hours, um depending on the
frequency of your meal.
Having 3 meals that are ready for you to go is super super helpful.
So I just wanted to share that with you , um because it helps me so much as far as my meal
prep and I use it every single day And when I don't use it?
Like I literally started spending tons of money going to whole foods and then I packed
that brown container like Ye' High and then I eat double or triple servings.
So it just helps me to pour control my food naturally and in keeps me on track and it
keeps me accountable with my ultimate nutrition fitness goals.
