
the clothes right and I think that mentality of pushing a client towards a
close even if it might not be the right fit for them is something that
has created a very negative reputation for salespeople you see when you look
visually at that process of pushing a client just think about the visuals of
that you're pushing them into a product that's not a right fit for them you're
pushing them into a situation that you're not in you're pushing them away
from you when you flip that on its head and you say how can we pull the client
in you know we see the value of our products if it's a right fit for them
how do we pull them in to see it the way that we see it when you can do that and
you flip that on its head and now start saying hey we need to pull for the sale
we need to pull for the close we need to pull that client in closer and add as
much value as possible that shifts the entire paradigm of sales altogether so
the next time you hear push for the clothes you need to push that client
really push back in and and in your mind and think okay how do I avoid the push
and how do I focus on the pull and when you start doing that your world of sales
completely changes in your relationship with your clients changes as well and
all of a sudden now you are seen as a partner as you pull that client close in
versus just the average sales person that's pushing for the close.
