So Nuna offers a full line of strollers, car seats, playards, high chairs and even entertainers
but today we're going to show you the Mixx2.
Now it's a full size modular stroller and it offers a slew of luxury features.
It retails for $599.95.
Now you can purchase it online at www.babycubby.com where everything ships for free.
Now lets take a look at those awesome features and we're actually going to start at the bottom
which may sound weird but the wheels actually determine how easy your stroller is to maneuver.
Now as you can see it has really large rear wheels and those are foam filled.
Now because they're large you're not going to feel as much as the terrain like small
rocks, or gravel or grass, things like that and because they are foam filled you get the
nice features or suspension of an air filled tire without all the maintenance which I love.
I hate going to the park and having to pump up your tires.
So this one you wont have to do that.
Now to add to that they also have rear wheel suspension which is awesome!
That's going to absorb that energy so your baby's not feeling a rocky ride.
Now all of these features together make for a super smooth ride so it's easier to push
and more enjoyable for the baby.
Which is great.
Now the break I actually love.
It's probably my favorite execution of a break on a stroller.
Typically I like a hand break because I often wear flip flops or sandles and I dont like
lifting up the break with my toes but with this one it's a foot break but it's a one
step off and on.
So to break it you just do the red, that breaks it and then to get it to go you just step
down on the green.
Now that's flip flop friendly or even bare foot friendly and that is ideal.
So while we're down here I want to show you the storage.
As you can see it's a nice large basket.
They even have a zipper pocket right here to keep stuff safe, tucked away, you could
put some emergency cash in there.
That sort of thing.
Now this is big enough I think you can fit just about any diaper bag in there.
Unless you're packing for triplets but then you're probably not pushing this stroller
anyway.
It's not ideal.
So it's really good capacity that you can pack for a day trip which is awesome.

Now moving up the stroller into the seat.
Now this can accommodate babies from birth to 50 lbs and the reason it can do that is
because it lays flat and it turns into a make-shift bassinet.
So you lift up this foot rest and it has these little tabs right here that you tuck in up
here and button on both sides.
What that is going to do is make sure that your baby is not going to slip out the bottom.
That's a good thing to have so that's why it can accommodate an infant, which actually
is a big misconception that you can put an infant in any stroller and actually most strollers
cannot accommodate an infant so it's awesome that this one can.
Now it's a modular stroller which means you can take off the seat and turn it around so
that it can rear face parent or face the world out in front.
Now this one is really nice cause it has these cool handles on both sides which makes it
really easy to find, grip, and turn around.
Now some other great features of the seat.
It has a nice, pretty decent canopy.
You can actually zip this part off if you dont need it.
I actually like the look of it there but then it also is extendable.
So you zip open that zipper and it extends even more.
Now I love big canopies so that if you are pushing it directly into the sun it's going
to shade more of your baby so that they stay more comfortable.
Then you have a nice mesh panel on the back here and that is a magnetic closure which
is great cause you're not going to wake up a sleeping baby with loud velcro.
It also has a belly bar here.
It comes with it and you can just detach that here with that circle and it swings away so
that your toddler can hop in and then you just re-attach it.
Now it also has a nice little storage compartment on the back and that's just easy access.
I like to tuck my cellphone in there just so it's easily accessible without having to
dig in my diaper bag down below.
Instead of the seat you can use a bassinet which is an additional accessory which is
really great.
You do want to keep your child laying flat as much as possible to keep those airways
open but our favorite accessory is going to be a car seat so you can turn it into a travel
system.
Now the great thing about the mix is that the adapters come with it so you dont have
to purchase an additional adapter, they're going to come with the stroller.
Now this is a Pipa Lite but these adapters are going to work with any Nuna Pipa.
You can purchase an additional car seat adapter which is really nice.
It's called the "Ring Adapter" It's kinda a big square, it's nice because it lines up
perfectly, it's easy to get the car seat in and out and then you can release it with the
button on the back.
If you use the included adapters you have to release it on both sides, which isn't too
bad and the adapters are already included.
Which is really nice.
Now moving on to the handle bar.
The handle bar is really nice leatherette.
So it feels nice, it looks really nice too.
It is adjustable, it's a telescoping adjustable handle bar and it goes up quite tall.
Now i'm 5'5" and honestly the lowest one, maybe up a little bit more is probably perfect
for me so it would accommodate quite tall parents.
Now the fold trigger is right below and you'll pull up on both of these triggers and the
cool thing is you can fold it with the seat rear or forward facing after you fold it down
you can fold it down this way or even open it up all the way whichever is going to give
you a tighter fold so that it fits in your car.
Now once it's folded this is one of my favorite features especially living in the snow.
It's called a trolley feature and you just can wheel it along without having to lay your
stroller on the ground and what that does is keeps your soft goods clean and away from
the elements.
So I love that and it makes it really easy to transport from one place to another.
Now it has an automatic lock right here on the side and once that's released it's a one
hand open I love that feature as well cause as parents we don't always have two hands
available to open our strollers.
Now some things to consider it is a little bit bulky and heavy compared to other single
strollers on the market but that's because its accommodating those full size features.
It's a little bit on the pricier end of single strollers but like I said before it has awesome
luxury features we just love so it really justifies the price.
Now things that we love about this stroller.
I love the versatility of the seat but then also additional accessories that you can use
with it so you can really customize it for your lifestyle.
I love how easy it is to maneuver and especially that suspension to absorb that energy when
going over different terrain.
Now I also love its solid construction.
This is a stroller that's going to last through multiple children and of course I love the
sleek design.
Who doesn't love a nice pretty accessory to push around.
