PayTM MALL Review - Should you buy from them ?

hi this is tech mafooz and in this video we'll be seeing my experiences on
the PayTM mall app on purchasing my macbook pro the 15-inch let me just make it
clear that this is not a paid endorsement or I'm not being sponsored
in any way by the Paytm or the PayTM mall guys this is gonna be an honest review
from a customer standpoint on purchasing the laptop through Paytm so I wanted to
buy the MacBook Pro the 15-inch version and the local Apple Store had it at a
lakh and ninety five thousand rupees and they had an offer of if I had to pay
through Paytm I'd be getting a cash back of fifteen thousand rupees
ending the price at like an eighty thousand rupees after the cash back and
I went online to look for other offers and I found offers from Amazon from lakh
and eighty two thousand rupees direct I just wanted to find out further and I
went on to the Paytm mauler and to my surprise there was a
pricing of a lakh and seventy eight thousand rupees direct and off there was
an offer for a cashback of twenty thousand rupees which lands the price at
a lakh and fifty eight thousand rupees so I was quite taken back by the price
standpoint because there was around 28 thousand rupees or twenty to
thirty thousand rupee variation between the marketplace and what was
offering on Paytm Mall I went out to checking for reviews on Paytm mall app
and I found a whole lot of negative opinions on the website people are
complaining that they were not receiving their product or if they got the product
it was an absolute fake there was even a video about in MacBook Pro 15 inch
version exactly which he purchase and he ended up with magazine
newspapers inside the package this got me a little weary because like it's an
expensive laptop andif I had to buy a
bargain and get a fake item that will not be it so I got a little weary and on
if I wanted to order it or not yet still since Paytm is a payment
aggregator and I'll be making my payments through credit cards if there
was an issue I'd be getting my money back
so I went it went through my gut feeling and I placed the order on the 5th
of March and the delivery was expected on the March 8th on 6th it got dispatched
through ExpressBees courier and I was little taken back seeing an expensive
laptop not being sent through a premium Courier partner and it was ended up with
Express Bees I was little bit worried if I would even if the original
product was sent out will be damaged or not later I got a message on the 6th
evening after the product was dispatched saying that the product would be
delivered on March 7th and I got me literally curious and the next day
around 2 p.m. I got a call from the Express Bees guy saying that my orders
were out for delivery and it should be coming in and at five I got the
product delivered since I was seeing a lot of negative videos even like I mentioned
one with the newspapers so I wanted to make sure that there was Indeed
a laptop inside that box so I went I usually make up videos about unboxing
right from the bar courier packaging itself but since I was quite weary and
how the outcome will be I started to unpack it right after I got it
before even I started making the video after opening I found the laptop to be
safe and secure it wasn't quite nicely packed as well I would have wanted it to
be because Amazon does a great deal on how they want to package their items but
single layer of bubble wrap I don't think so so either
way the packaging was perfect there was no bumps or dents or whatever on the
packaging and the item was properly delivered and I did an unboxing video
I'll just leave a card up there and based on my personal experience on
buying a laptop from PayTM all I can say that the website can be trusted and you
can buy your products online from Paytm mall and avail this huge huge discounts
and the cashback student I forgot to mention one thing I got the cash back
right after the product was dispatched so I got my cash back even before I got
my laptop delivered - so is Paytm all a scam it's definitely is not based on my
experiences you can proceed on to buying your items from Paytm mall and availing
those huge discounts and the cash backs as well if you liked the video please
