Hello, my name is Lee from WoWBBQ.co.uk. We're here in London delivering a brand new
Weber Pulse 2000 BBQ. This is a quick video just to showcase all
of the new features with this BBQ. The Weber Pulse 2000 is an Electric Grill.
It has been designed perfectly to be used on a balcony. This BBQ is made for Urban Living!
So if you have got restrictions on your property, where you can't use Charcoal or you can't
use gas but you can use Electric - this is the BBQ for you!
The first benefit of the Weber Pulse Electric BBQ is fuel, you'll never run out of fuel.
Like many of the top end Weber BBQs, this grill has cast iron cooking grates, they are
brilliant for searing. They get up to heat much faster than steel cooking grates and
they hold their heat exceptionally well. As well as being cast iron, the grates are also
porcelain enameled. This is excellent to stop food sticking on the grates.
The Weber Pulse 1000 has one heat element, the Weber Pulse 2000 has two heat elements
- perfect for dual cooking. You can have one area hotter than the other - you can be searing
here or cooking vegetables indirectly here - it is an extremely versatile BBQ.
The Weber Pulse Electric BBQs are perfect for midweek BBQing, but for weekends, why
not consider a Full English Breakfast using the griddle? You can use it for a Sunday Roast
using the Rotisserie attachment - you can even do a pizza on the pizza stone!
The built in Weber iGrill Technology will tell you when the food is ready. With the
iGrill Technology, you will never have to lift the lid to check on your food - the probes
simply inserted into your food will communicate with the app on your phone; letting you know
when the food is ready! Another great feature of the Weber Pulse is
the control knobs on the front. This will provide you with a very accurate reading of
the temperature inside your BBQ. So we have just done a cook on the Weber Pulse
2000 BBQ and this BBQ has been specifically designed to be cleaned in your dishwasher.
You can remove the cooking grates, remove the control panel, the heat elements and finally
the grease tray. The grease tray, the cast iron cooking grates and the heat elements
can be safely used in the dishwasher. Store the control panel inside.
