the Tesla Model S x3 they're awesome but there's one thing that's not too awesome
and that's the charge rate coming from the built-in USB ports charging a modern
smartphone yeah it did okay back in 2012 and 2013 when the king of the phones was
the iPhone 4s and so my early videos you can actually see my iPhone 4s charging
in the car well the 500 milliamp hour charge rate
coming from the built-in USB ports just doesn't cut it this day and age of high
powered phones I mean even the new iPhone 8 8 + + ex can quick charge and I
mean you got the Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 standards and androids have been
able to quick charge for a few years but it's just not enough we have by Zentner
I was sent a sample here to give a review and test and I've been using it
I've repackaged it for purposes of showing you all inside the package here
and the back of the box there now this is a car charger that plugs into the 12
volt socket on your vehicle and it can actually be also plugged into 12 or 24
volts depending on the type of vehicle you have and what's nice about this one
is it is Qualcomm quick charge 3.0 kapap compatible and their packaging is
actually too good here kickbox it's actually they got it in a block of foam
awesome that is i can repurpose this and the smell smells like new shoes cool
there's a little informational packet there and warranty registration but it
is a metal cased to port USB charger and what's so special about that the slow
port on this charger is 2.4 amps so for something that's a high powered charge
such as a iPhone 6s or newer so 6s seven eight eight plus and 10
you can take advantage of that two plus amps charging or eight charged these
considerably quicker and of course your Android's 2 now a real part where it
shines is the quick charge 3.0 port the quick charge 3.0 port will quick charge
your Android device in other quick chart Qualcomm quick charge compatible devices
considerably faster we're talking and 5 to 6 volts 3 amp Wow 6 to 9 volts 2 amp
and 9 to 12 volts 1.5 amps for a charge rate of up to 18 watt now with this
charger your iPhones will be able to charge at up to 10 watts
because iPhone of course Apple goes off on their own craptastic standards will
not be able to use the Qualcomm quick charge but still will be able to take
advantage of the higher standard voltage and amperage saw of 2 plus amps per port
but if you have a Qualcomm quick charge compatible device and it is quite
backwards compatible with quick charge 1 & 2 you can get a 50% charge in your
device in as little as 30 minutes very useful as it for example if I have my
iPhone 8 here plugged into one of the cars charge ports and I had say weighs
GPS running guess what my battery will actually drain it will drink slower but
it will actually drain instead of charging because there's just not enough
output with so much power in this car white and Tesla bump up the average on
those ports I don't know who knows and either way fast charger tablets and
other devices so I've been using this for a few days now and I definitely
notice a huge improvement I also have a I have the built-in USB ports long ago
but I was just using a cheap dollar store
a 2 amp charger it worked but it wasn't very good and I did notice a big
reduction in charge time with my phone plugged into this bugger so this is a
Zender 12 to 24 volt compatible quick charge 3.0 compatible great for your
tablets falling so everybody gets high powered charging so I'm going to plug
