Add Sugar into Milk
Add Salt
Add Cinnamon Extract
Add Nutmeg Powder
If you have cinnamon powder, you can add that
When you use cinnamon and nutmeg powders they slowly dissolve, but extract dissolve faster.
Break the eggs and beat them in a wide bowl
If you have Vanilla essence, you can use that. Vanilla essence, Nutmeg & cinnamon powder gives great flavor to french toast
I added 2 tbsp sugar because I will be adding maple syrup at the end. If you want your french toast to be sweeter, you can increase sugar
Add Milk mixture into egg
Add bread to the egg mixture and flip it on both sides for 5 seconds and start making the toast
You can increase or decrease egg/milk/sugar according to your taste and based on your bread count
Ingredients I have shared is perfect for 4 breads
Add butter in a heated tawa. You can use ghee/oil if you donot have butter
Add bread
I like to cover and cook so that the bread is cooked evenly
When the color of the bread is changed, you can flip it
Apply Butter if you like
Yummy French Toast is Ready to Serve!!
I have added strawberries, blueberries and maple syrup to french toast.
You can add whatever fruit you like with maple syrup, honey, sugar....
