I'm going to show you how easy it is to create motion blur inside of After
Effects so the first thing we do here is we need to create some movement so I'm
just gonna create a position keyframe at the start and drag my rocket ship back
to the start here then I'm gonna go to the end of my timeline and create
another position keyframe and I'm going to drag my rocket ship across the screen
so if I just play through it we have here now you can see we've got our
rocket ship moving across the screen but there's no motion blur on the rocket
ship itself so all we have to do now is just activate the motion blur tab which
is this button here and then we can activate motion blur for the individual
layer and you can see it's automatically added motion blur to the moving object
now if you want to add more or less motion blur you can right click and go
to composition settings and if you come across to the Advanced tab you see this
number here called the shutter angle so if you want more motion blur you can
increase that number or if you want less you can decrease it so there you go guys
that's how you create motion blur inside of After Effects I hope you've learned
something and thanks very much for watching
