One of the common struggles that I hear from people about interviews is
that they tend to get nervous or that they're very anxious about the opportunity.
And either because they are really excited that they just get nervous about it.
So here are three things that you can do to help you deal with your nerves.
#1 is to have a winning mindset.
So this is all about your way of thinking.
So what I mean by that is that really believe in yourself, believe that you have what it takes.
Don't disqualify yourself before even putting yourself out there.

So saying things that I have what it takes, that I am the ideal candidate, that I have a unique value offering.
So really having that winning mindset is already going to make you much more marketable.

#2 is to visualize success.

So playing out the whole interview scenario of visualizing yourself of
where you first arrive, who are the people you're going to meet and greet them, how you're going to show up,
how you're going to shake hands, the people you're going to meet and where you're going to be sitting.
Visualize the success of the whole space, the environment, the people around you
and that it's going to help you open up your body where you feel more in control and in expansion as well.

And the last tip, this is the preparation, is to really know your story, your key messages, your examples that you want to share

So really map that out, so that you have a clear idea of what you want to say when they ask you certain questions.
