- Do you have unexplained asthma or breathing problems,
have a cough that came on?
Then you may have an exposure to mold
and you don't even know it.

Anywhere where there's water intrusion into your home
and water damage to some sort of structure,
then you may have mold exposure
and you should get it looked at.
Sometimes mold can be hidden behind walls,
oftentimes there's only a musty, moldy smell,
and if that's the case,
then there definitely is mold growth in your home.
Most people know what mold is,
but they don't know how bad it can affect your health.
The signs and symptoms you may experience
if you have mold toxicity or mold illness,
fatigue is a big one,
sinusitis or sinus infections that come and go,
allergies are on the rise with mold,
we see more asthma, we see more breathing problems,
we see coughing, some people experience dizziness
or vertigo, they feel like their balance is off.
If you're experiencing symptoms from mold toxicity,
there's many things that you can do about it.
And number one most important thing
is to get out of that place if there's mold.
I would recommend having a remediation company come in
and physically removing that mold.
Secondly, you can take certain binders.
A binder is a substance,
charcoal for example, that can be used
to help bind out certain toxins from the body.
One of them being mycotoxins,
and these come in capsule form.
There's also clay, there's also zeolite,
there's also Chlorella.
These are all different binders that we can use.
I've definitely experienced my share
of mold exposures in my life.
When I was six, our basement flooded
and that same year I developed asthma and allergies.
So did my brother, and so did my mother.
So, I suffered for a long time
because of that mold exposure.
I lived in that house until I was 18.
Many conventional doctors out there
don't really know about mold.
Although, it is becoming more understood.
So, if you've got an unexplained illness,
or you've got some symptoms that came up,
and you know there's been some water damage to your house
or in your office building,
make sure you see your physician
and ask them about mold illness.
