In this video I will show how to built an air cooler in home by your home
now I will start the air cooler
current temperature is
41 degree centigrade and humidity is
40%
and the time is 11:29 AM
Initially I am showing the result of my aircooler
whats the result and how it is working
I have used it in my greenhouse
to get the result keep an eye on the temperature and humidity sensor device
the temperature is constantly falling and the humidity is rising
now let see the water supply part of the cooler in the backside
this is the inside of my greenhouse
this is the back side of the air cooler
this pipe is to drain out the excess water
these small hole in the aluminium tray is used to wet the cooling pads
after 7 minute, the time is 11:36
in this 7 minute the temperature reduced to 7 degree and the humidity rise to 10 %
The cooler will continuously decrease the temperature and will increase the humidity
Now I will show the construction of the aircooler
these are table fans
I have disassembled the stand from the fan including the motor
the iron angle bar attached to the pipe has hole in it
and I am attaching the fan with the help of nut screw
I am cutting a hole in size of the fan on the fibreglass
this is stainless steel wire net
the width of the middle portion is 5 feet and on two side 15 inch folding at an angle of 90%
and Its height is 4 feet
these are wood wool cooler pad
they are available in air-cooler repairing shop
the wooden wool are set inside a nylon net
I am attaching them with nylon string at an interval of 4 inch
with the stainless steel net
these is 22 gauge aluminium sheet
with the help of the sheet I am enclosing the fans
so that it only take the air from the backside.
now with that aluminium sheet only I am building
5feet * 15 inch size
and 3 inch height tray
carefully watch how I am making the fold in the corner
the corner should be folded such that water doesn't come out of the corner
the tub here is made up of brick and cement concrete.
the inner dimension is
5 feet long 14 inch width and 1 feet deep
this square shape item is a water pump used in water cooler
it need to be submerged in water all time
to make the water cooler compatible for home usage
In the place of the tub plastic container can be used
and one fan should be used to reduce the size
I am making hole of size swg16 on the three side of the tray
the water from this hole will make the cooling pad wet
