Hey it's me, it's the RT Man.
Featuring the very best of Team Fortress 2 content, RT identifies himself as a gamer
that plays games on the internet.
The Demoman is a class in Team Defence Fort 2 that you can play in TF2.
If you enjoy RT's content be sure to smash that like button, to an extent that your arm
literally breaks, and also join his Google Plus circle, and give him all your money.
To play the class well, pick the class and play it well.
'Brilliant advice absolutely flawless'
We now join RT for a truly originally TF2 video.
Your explosives explode people.
Try to position them so that you explode people.
'I can't believe this actually works, I'm gonna be a God at this game!'
This concludes my step by step tutorial to playing Demoman, now you too can be Scottish.
'It's about bloody time!'
The Demoman is second only to the Engineer in defending the objective, thanks to his
powerful use of stickybombs to hold a position.
Because of this, you should just play the Engineer instead.
The Grenade Launcher is listed as the Demoman's primary weapon, even though you may find yourself
using your Stickybomb launcher more.
To ensure that you play Demoman the way Valve intended, make sure you only use your Stickybomb
launcher after a couple minutes of play with the grenade launcher.
Unique to the Demoman is the Demoknight subclass.
This loadout switches your weapons for a sword and shield, as well as a pair of boots for
additional health and mobility.
If this sounds exciting, try playing Chivalry Medieval Warfare instead of TF2.
As the Demoman, the Pyro's airblast can be particularly problematic.
Assert your dominance by pissing Stickies literally all over the floor, but never detonating
them.
Sometimes it's just about sending a message.
As the Demoman, it's often your responsibility to deal with enemy Engineers, as your stickybombs
can burst through their buildings.
The best way to achieve this is to position multiple stickybombs until you have enough
to destroy the Engineer's buildings all in one go.
Make sure to position two of your Stickybomb's at their teleporter entrance, before detonating
any of them.
Although the Demoman might appear more suited to defence, don't be afraid to play him
offensively when on the BLU team on payload maps.
Attempting to spawncamp the enemy team relentlessly is a critically important job to ensure success
in any round, and you should never be afraid to dedicate literally all of your time towards
this task.
Sometimes it's difficult to know if it's better to play the Demoman or the Soldier
on your team.
A good way to decide is to check the number of each class on your team, then choose the
class with more players.
That way you're likely playing the better of the two classes in this scenario – why
else would more people be playing Soldier?
For a particularly strong choice of playstyle, consider using the Demoman's wide selection
of taunts.
This baller Scottishman packs an aggressive arsenal of gestures, including alcoholism
and bumcheeks.
The entire enemy team simply won't be able to resist your taunting prowess, ensuring
their swift annihilation.
The Scottish Resistance– is a thing you can consider.
Consider using this weapon if- you'd like to remind yourself it exists.
And congratulations!
You're now a master of the Demoman, and set to impart your knowledge to other players.
But first, what does it really mean to be the Demoman?
Is a Demoman the early release Demo for the experience of man?
Or is he the counterpart to Man, a more explosive man, heralded from the magical land of Narnia-
Oh God, he's getting lost in another elaborate existential crisis joke!
