The Files app keeps all of your files and folders
from iCloud and other cloud storage services
in one place.
Here's how to use it.
When you open Files, you might see Recents first.
This screen gives you quick access to files
you've recently opened.
To access all of your files and folders,
tap Browse at the bottom of your screen.
Let's take a look at Locations in the upper left corner
of your screen.
Locations are cloud storage services like iCloud
where your PDFs, photos, and documents are stored.
If you have files stored on other cloud services
like Google Drive or Dropbox,
you can add them to Locations too.
Look in the description below
for a link on how to add these apps.
Once you have these apps added,
you'll need to turn them on in order to view their files.
To do this, tap Edit,
then tap the slider next to the storage service,
and tap Done.
To create a new folder, tap the Folder icon.
If you don't see it,
just swipe down from the top of your screen.
Now name the folder and tap Done.
To add files to a folder,
drag and drop the file into the folder.
To drag multiple files, drag one file,
then tap to collect another.
You can also recover files that you've deleted
within the last 30 days.
To recover a file or folder, tap Recently Deleted,
tap Select,
select the file or folder you want to retrieve,
and tap Recover.
And now you can stay more organized with Files.
