Samuel is the lecturer of the year because
he's at the top of his profession and can get
so many people to find it as exciting
as he does.
So I have related the direction of the reflected ray
from the reflection point to the receiver side and...
He uses his body language and voice
to really catch our attention.
He's somehow able to fill the entire auditorium, and interest everyone.
He often walks around the auditorium, instead of just standing in one place.
He has a soft, strong voice that tells you, slowly,
at just the right pace, what it's all about.
Total contribution is of course the sum of those.
He's just exceptionally good at explaining
a lot of really difficult concepts in an understandable way,
And he's interested in how we're doing as students,
and he comes around and asks us how it's going, and so on.
There's no doubt about it—he's the best lecturer I've ever had at DTU.
