Five ways to boost your energy naturally.
Number one, drinking clean water.
Did you know that feeling tired and exhausted
is one of the first signs of dehydration?
It's true, not consuming enough water
could really decrease your energy levels.
Water contains oxygen, which hydrates your cells
and conducts energy throughout your body.
Drinking clean, purified water is an amazing way
to not only oxidate yourself,
but boost your energy naturally.
Because you are made almost entirely of water,
small dips in hydration can be enough
to affect your metabolism.
Stay energized and hydrated by drinking enough water
each and every day.
A good rule of thumb is to take your body weight
and divide it into 1/2, then drink that many ounces per day.
And if you're really active, work out,
or fighting an illness, you may wanna drink plenty more.
You also may wanna consider replacing the electrolytes
lost during an intense workout by supplementing
with coconut water, which is also high in potassium.
You may be thinking, that's a lot of water.
Keep in mind that eating hydrating foods,
like fruits and vegetables,
will also boost your hydration levels as well.
So eat a healthy variety of fresh, organic, whole foods.

Create a sleeping schedule and commit to it.
By going to bed at the same time each day,
it'll help regulate your internal clock,
and ensure you experience better sleep at night.
Try to eliminate stress.
Most of us spend our nights worrying

Try reading a book 30 minutes before bedtime
to unwind and relax your mind.
Journal everything you're grateful for
each night before bed.
Eliminate caffeine after four p.m.
