Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share
three real-life incidents of reversing premature greying and the remedies they
used to achieve it. Some of the common causes of premature
greying are stress, smoking, nutritional deficiencies especially vitamin b12 and
anemia and using chemical based hair products every single day. Since I've
seen these remedies personally work so well, I can guarantee that it'll work for
everyone who is suffering from premature greying of the hair. Along with the
remedies given, try your best to reduce stress. Spend time in nature as often as
you can as it is a great stress buster. Also regular exercise, meditation, relaxing
hobbies all will greatly help reduce stress. Finally try your best to switch to
natural products for hair care. I have given recipes for all natural hair care
products from homemade natural shampoos to hair packs, give them a try...
My aunt mentioned just a few days back that after regularly consuming amla
juice, hair greying which was starting for her is greatly reduced.
This is because amla juice has got antioxidant properties and it greatly
helps reduce oxidative stress. Since amla is rich in vitamin C, it greatly helps in
iron absorption thus preventing anemia too. For making the juice, take one large or
two small gooseberries and cut into small pieces. Now take the cut pieces in
a bowl. Add in 1/4 teaspoon of jeera to it.
Add in a small piece of ginger too. Finally add in a pinch of salt. Now add
in a cup of water too.
Now grind this mixture to a smooth paste. After grinding to a smooth paste, strain
using a strainer to get a smooth juice. Drink this juice every single day.
For the hair pack, take one and half tablespoons of amla powder in a bowl.
Add in the inner gel of one aloe vera leaf. Finally add in a teaspoon of virgin
coconut oil.
Now grind this mixture to a smooth paste and apply as a hair pack. Wait for 20
minutes and then wash it off. One of my friends shared this recipe with me as it
greatly helped reverse her grey hair. She was using this hair pack weekly twice
regularly and she still continues to use it till today.
This happened years back. One of our neighbours used to regularly come and collect organic pesticide free
curry leaves from our farm for making curry leaf oil.
I have personally seen her reverse her grey hair with daily application of curry
leaf hair oil alone. It really surprised me then but now that I know the power of
herbs nothing surprises me much. It took her almost a year of regular application
to reverse her grey hair. The recipe I have shared here is her method of making
curry leaf oil and it works really well. To make the oil, heat a cup of unrefined
coconut oil in an iron pan. Once it gets hot, add quarter cup of pesticide free
curry leaves and switch off. Let the mixture cool for an hour. After an hour, you will
notice that the colour of the oil has changed to beautiful green colour. Curry
leaves also should be crisp like this which indicates that there is no
moisture left and also the leaf should not be burnt. Store this oil along with
the curry leaves in a glass bottle and use it as a daily application hair oil.
This oil will last well for up to a year at room temperature. I would suggest
following all these three remedies, if you want to reverse your grey hair fast.
