
your time jumping up and down will be very frustrating and it will cost you
years of training using a wall is better but it's not enough right now I will
show you the seven steps I followed as a complete beginner to get a 30 second
Handstand way faster than most of the people and if you want to get a free

is to get a 30 second frogstand hold by doing frog stands you
will be able to start working on creating balance with your hands but
while being much more stable than on a handstand second you want to get a good
30 second hold on the front bodyline drill this exercise will teach you the
right position for your handstand while being on the floor and also it will help
you increase your overhead mobility which is one of the most critical
factors on getting the handstand I remember that back in the day I could
not even do well these first steps but as Bruce Lee said the successful warrior
is the average man with laser-like focus so by following these steps that my good
coach showed me you will be doing the right exercises that will be adding
seconds to your handstand the third step is like doing a handstand but removing
the shoulders from the equation by doing headstands this will help you start
gaining control of your core by getting used to squeezing your butt and pointing
your toes your goal here is to be able to hold the heston for 30 seconds
without the wall next you want to get into a handstand position but by using
the wall more concretely you want to be with your chest facing the wall and
as close as possible to the wall Aim here for a 30 second hold to strengthen
enough your shoulders while you are accumulating good muscle memory as you
may have seen sometimes I use these push-up bars because at some point at
the beginning I had so much wrist pain that I couldn't do it anymore in the floor so
this really helped me I have to admit that at the beginning using that it was
a little bit weird but at the end it was just even better
than doing it straight on the floor and also what really helped me was doing a
wrist warm-up before my sessions that you can
find in my free handstand program in the description down below and now pay
close attention to the next steps because they are something new that most
of the progressions out there don't show or maybe just one of them
now with the fifth step you want to start getting away from the wall but
only with one leg at a time I recommend you to still stay relatively close to
the wall about 15 centimeters or six inches here it's key to focus on
creating pressure with your hands as much as possible
rather than just moving your leg also make sure to hit both sides facing the
wall and away try to get some 10 seconds holds before moving to the next step
next step if to the same as before at getting away from the wall with both
legs together make sure to focus on creating pressure with your hands and
aim to get some 10 second holds oh and by the way if you are someone like me

what I have seen in my experience is that people mostly fail at getting the
Handstand because they don't have a clear structure that tells them exactly what
to do week after week to get the Handstand the seventh and last step will teach you
a technique that will increase your free standing Hansen's to 30 seconds and
this is moving away from the wall with both legs together but by using your
shoulders when you are chest wall you want to start leaning forward with your
shoulder but as you start moving away from the wall you get back to a normal
shoulder position on the other hand when your back is facing the wall you want to
start with your shoulders as open as possible and your back slightly arch
then as you move away you stack your shoulders and hips over your hands well
