No doubt sometimes it seems like a real battle to achieve
your goal Therefore, in order to successfully fight
a battle, you need a successful strategy,
a successful plan of action.
and it's vital to know your rival, meaning, know who or what you are facing.
Right?
We have a huge tendency to come up with excuses and postpone something we care for,
but this habit of putting off our goals and dreams comes at a very high price.
Out of fear that we will fail, out of a lack of
commitment or energy to do what it takes to achieve the goal, it can be for a million
reasons ... ..in short, whatever the excuse is,
we postpone that little task, or that great dream.
And there is your goal, your dream, waiting and becoming more and more diffuse,
more complicated and in many cases one day you even forget about it.
"I'm too busy".
"Something showed up ..." "Today it's cold, tomorrow when the weather
improves I go out ..." "The economic conditions of the country are
not the best, I have to wait a little longer ... "
"I do not have the money now."
"Maybe later..."
In short, it is the so-called fear of failure that
has you "frozen".
Great results are achieved step by step, with daily small steps,
and the sooner you start to take those daily small steps,
the sooner you will see results.

We cann't improve absolutely anything if we don't identify the underlying causes that
make us postpone.
Here are the 5 steps that help you achieve your dream
1.
Seek out environments that boost your productivity Meaning, hang out as much as you can with
people who have already achieved what you are trying to accomplish.
This is the environment that favors you due to its
energy and good examples you can model.
2. Plan to overcome obstacle Always consider having alternatives or a plan
B in case obstacles appear.
The best thing is when you plan, think of what obstacles are likely to
appear along the road and how could you get past them?
3.
Develop a habit to focus on your goal: Always prioritize the long-term goal
over instant gratification or short-term results.
4.
Generate a system of rewards: Your dream will never be fulfilled if you
don't turn it into your goal
And your goal consists of several small goals.
Write down these mini goals and each time you achieve
one of them, you reward yourself.
This will encourage and motivate a lot.
5.
Analyze if you have a limiting belief that your needs don't matter.
That the needs of others matter more than yours.
What your parents want, your children, your partner,
your boss ..... in short everyone acts as if their
needs had priority over yours.
If this is your belief, ask yourself where it comes from?
Freeing yourself from this limiting belief may turn out to
be the key to your success.
