It was really important for us to work with an organisation
that has great expertise in diversity and inclusion and in learning
and Steps ticks all of those boxes for us.
The role that Steps played was to bring real-life situations to drama.
It's like a mirror of our real life.
Steps was very careful in terms of making sure that it was realistic,
but very mindful of the audience.
The benefit of having the drama piece was that you have that opportunity to interact,
to ask the questions and to change the ending.
It's been an extremely collaborative partnership;
Lots of creativity and ideas and going above and beyond our expectations.
The level of time and investment that Steps put into getting to know and understand us
I think that has been really important.
The training is really good and the way they actually portray it is really innovative.
The way they could connect with our situations, our sort of environment;
The way they understood the situations was simply remarkable.
It's been a really excellent partnership for me.
We've enjoyed it loads I think it's been fantastically valuable as a learning experience.
The process of working with Steps has been great.
I've been really appreciative of your flexibility, of Steps' ability
to produce something that I think was better than the sum of the parts.
Being able to work with people that know what they're doing
and can guide us through that process - it's been a pleasure
and I'm really excited about the output that's coming our way.
It's been really nice to not feel like there's that kind of supplier and employer relationship;
it really has felt like we're just one big family and working really well together.
Steps have been really, really responsive and very supportive
in putting together ideas.
Some of us had never done this sort of thing before so therefore
the expert advice and guidance given by Steps has been very good.
I don't need to be monitoring what Steps are doing;
I can be absolutely hands-off and trust them to just get on with it
and run things for us.
I knew that the Steps would deliver and the reviews thereafter was so positive.
It's been great fun, working with the team
Not the least bit like work.
Very excited about working with you in the future.
Working with steps has been, to be honest, a pleasure!
