Dele Alli has stepped up his recovery in Dubai as he tries to make the return leg against Borussia Dortmund
The England international suffered a hamstring injury in Tottenham's 2-1 victory over Fulham on January 20
Now the 22-year-old looks as though he is working hard to make an early return for Mauricio Pochettino's side
Alli posted a video online showing the rehab that he has had to endure in order to return to full fitness
The Spurs midfielder missed Tottenham's 3-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund in their Champions League last-16 first leg
