A heavily pregnant Meghan Markle, 37, and Prince Harry, 34, have had a busy day
First, they kicked off Commonwealth Day with an event at Canada House, showcasing Canadian talent in the UK
And now they have joined the Queen at Westminster Abbey for the service, marking the 70th anniversary of the modern Commonwealth
But eagle-eyed royal watchers are wondering why Meghan stepped out without her engagement ring

Harry designed the beautiful piece himself, and said he wanted to include his mother's diamonds "to make sure she's with us on this crazy journey together"
Meghan has never hidden her love for the ring, describing it as "beautiful" and "incredible" - and has never before been seen without it on
She was seen with the ring on just a few days ago when she stepped out at an International Women's Day panel on Friday

But there's a more likely reason: pregnancy fingers! It's very common for women to experience swollen fingers in the latter stages of pregnancy - Meghan is about seven months along now, and is due in late April or early May, she said
Milli Hill, Author of The Positive Birth Book and birth expert at The Baby Show, told Express
co.uk: "Sometimes pregnancy can cause your fingers to swell because of oedema - basically water retention that can make hands and often legs and ankles get a little bit puffy
"This kind of swelling that comes on gradually is perfectly normal, but any sudden swelling can be a sign of pre-eclampsia, so talk to your midwife if you have any concerns
"It might be that Meghan's ring is feeling a little tight but it could simply be because she is having the ring cleaned or another practical reason!" "Let's hope she has a fantastic birth experience and influences more women to take an active role in their birth choices, exploring ideas like hypnotherapy, having a doula and home birth, just as she has apparently been doing!" Meghan is likely to be back to wearing her special ring as soon as she can after the baby is born
In the meantime, fans of the Duchess have been enjoying her flawless maternity style
For the Canada House visit, Meghan donned an embellished Erdem coat, Aquazzura pumps, and a Givenchy clutch

Meghan reemerged looking chic in a white coat and hat, with a printed white dress by Victoria Beckham
She paired the ensemble with a dark green clutch and matching heels. Also attending the service were the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who coordinated their outfits with the Duchess in red and the Duke with a matching tie
The theme of this year's event is A Connected Commonwealth, with member countries being urged to protect natural resources and the environment
