The figure-hugging ensemble, from the late French designer Azzedine Alaïa's line Maison Alaïa, showed off the reality tv star's famous curves
For the look, which featured velvet accents which covering her chest and private parts, Kardashian West wore transparent heels and styled her brunette tresses in retro curls
